Pay Rate: $17.95 an hour
Location: Elwood, IN
Job Duties:
- Assembly of fuel tanks, exhaust systems and other components
- Operate machines as needed
- Load and unload material components as needed
- Keep areas clean
- Work as a team structure on the assembly line
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with co-workers
- Ability to utilize available lime to organize and complete work within given deadlines
- Ability to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals set by Management and self
- Possess the trait of being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task
- Ability lo perform work accurately and thoroughly with little supervision at times
- Ability to organize and direct oneself
- Ability to grasp and understand business concepts and issues
- Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely
- Ability to complete assigned task under stressful situations
- Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures
